What it is

You already know what you should be doing.

You've probably started a thousand plans but haven't seen any of them through. You're great at the beginning, bring all of the enthusiasm, resourcefulness, and creativity....until things fizzle out. You have what it takes to succeed. What you don't have is the community to get you through the last ten percent, the group where people believe in you, know what you're capable of, and hold you to it. Executioner's Club is that part. We have decided not to let ourselves down anymore, and to hold this inner duty as sacred.

If you want to earn your own trust through action, this is the group for you. If you want to earn your own respect by doing what you said you would do, this is the group for you. If you need someone to firmly believe in you, this is the group for you.

The difference in this group is that you only get to stay in if you earn it through your effort. Leave your ego at the door, accept the responsibility, say what you're going to do, then execute on it. You either did it or you didn't, no excuses.

It goes like this. You pick an action that takes you closer to your goal, and the group helps ensure that it's meaningful, impactful, practical, and achievable in seven days. Every week you name that one step, specify how it is measured, then you have a clear indicator of whether it is done or not done, no grey. By 11:59 pm PT the night before roll call, you post proof. At roll call your name is read out loud: did or did not, one sentence why, and next week's step.

A measurable, practical action to move you towards your goals.

One step a week. Proof by the night before roll call: a photo, a draft, a log, a meeting, whatever is the right thing.

The group helps you understand when you're going too hard, or taking it easy on yourself.

Provide proof every week. Four strikes and you're out for a year.

The rule

If you do not accomplish what you committed to, and the group has decided that it was practical and achievable, then you get a strike. Four strikes in a rolling twelve months and the door closes to you for a year, then a member has to vouch you back in. Same rules for every single person in the group, leadership included.

Two ways in

Same rules. Pick the one you can show up to.
